Customize your form link and share preview
Customize your form's share link, subdomain and URL ending to match your organization's branding and generate a pretty URL. Edit the image thumbnail and text of your share preview for social media sites.
You can change your share link even without a custom domain. On the Share page of your form, go to Customize link. Then, click
Pretty URL. If you prefer using your own custom domain (completely white-labelled), click here (requires Fillout business or enterprise).
Enter your subdomain and click
Change my subdomain. For example, let's use Foodmart.
Now, all the links of your forms will start with foodmart.fillout.com.
Good to know: The original default form link will still redirect to the same form. There is no need to share the new customized link to those whom you have shared the original link with prior.
You can enter any text for your form link’s ending to personalize it. In this example, we'll use happiness-survey. Type in the ending and click
Set custom ending.
That's it! Now, your form link is now at foodmart.fillout.com/happiness-survey.
By default, your form's share preview shows the name of your form and a general description. Under Change share preview, click
Customizeto edit the Title, Description, and Thumbnail.
Upload the image from your desktop, choose an image from the Gallery or paste the an image's Link. Then, click
