  <Accordion title="If I change my email, will it automatically apply to all organizations?">
    Changing your email address only applies to your currently selected organization. To update your email for other organizations, you must switch to each one and change it manually.

  <Accordion title="Can I join multiple organizations with a single Fillout account?">
    Yes! You don’t need separate accounts for each organization. However, for privacy and security, forms, apps, and databases in one organization aren’t visible to members of another.

  <Accordion title="Why can't I find forms in my account?">
    You may be in a different organization. Check the [text on the upper left corner of your dashboard](/organizations#identifying-your-current-organization) to verify.

    For privacy, forms in one organization can't be viewed by members of another.

  <Accordion title="I deleted my old Fillout account. Can I use the same email?">
    Yes! You’re welcome to return. Just note that any forms, apps, or databases from your deleted account can’t be recovered.

  <Accordion title="Will canceling my Fillout plan, cancel my Zite plan?">
    No, canceling your Fillout subscription will not affect your Zite plan.

## User Experience

    Yes, you can use text fields to allow respondents to enter percentages (with the `%` symbol) and fractions. They can also enter percentages in decimal form (e.g., `0.5` instead of `50%`) when using number fields.

    Yes, negative numbers can be entered in number, text, or even currency fields.

    Forms are specific to each organization. First, make sure you’re logged in with the correct email. Then, [check which organization](https://www.fillout.com/help/organizations#identifying-your-current-organization) you’re currently viewing.

## Form Security

  <Accordion title="How do I restrict form access to valid users only?">
    Add an email, password, or SSO (Single Sign-On) [login](https://www.fillout.com/help/login-page) step to your form to authenticate users before they can access it.

  <Accordion title="Can I collect passwords with Fillout?">
    No, Fillout takes data privacy seriously, and collecting passwords or other sensitive personal information is strictly prohibited. Doing so may result in the suspension of your account.

  <Accordion title="What's the difference between logins and OTPs?">
