Introducing the Team plan
We’re introducing the Team plan — an all-in-one bundle that brings together Fillout Forms, Zite Apps, and soon Databases with unlimited seats (users).
We’ve also made improvements to clear up Zite pricing, added yearly plans, introduced a new Zite Business tier, and made subscriptions simpler to manage. Details below.
What's changing
For Fillout Forms users:
No changesto Starter, Pro, or Business pricing
- Our previous Enterprise Tier 1 is now a legacy plan — existing customers keep their current pricing and can optionally upgrade to Team to get Zite and Databases (coming soon).
- Enterprise Tier 2 with SSO is now simply called Enterprise (no changes).
- Data Protection Agreements (DPAs) are now
available on all plans, including Free. Previously, these were only available on Enterprise.
For Zite Apps users:
- We’re introducing a Business plan for Zite apps. For new customers, the business plan is required to connect unlimited custom domains.
Existing Pro plan customers are automatically grandfatheredand continue to have unlimited custom domains.
- We're removing daily message limits for all paid plans. The Free plan has a 10 messages/day limit. For paid users, the only limit is the existing monthly credit system.
- We now support yearly plans for Zite (2 months free when paid yearly).
- We’re renaming multiplier-based pricing to a Credits system for clarity. Usage limits are unchanged (e.g., 2× = 100 credits, 4× = 200 credits, 16× = 800 credits/month).
What's in the new Team plan
Flat fee $300/month (or 2 months free when paid yearly). Includes:
Unlimited seats, unlimited submissions and unlimited users
- Forms Business – all features from our Business plan
- Apps (Zite) Business with 800 credits per month
- Databases Business (coming soon)
- Granular permissions – control access across your team
- Salesforce integration
- Priority support
- EU data region for respondent data (optional)
