How to Add Custom Email Responses to Fillout Scheduling

Customize the message Fillout sends your meeting attendees whenever they book a meeting in your form

Fillout will by default email the form creator whenever a new meeting is booked. Google Calendar will also automatically send your form respondent a calendar invite with details about the meeting.
If you’d like to also personally email your respondent, you can add a custom followup email in your form settings. Click the Settings tab in Fillout’s header, then in the default Notifications page select the Custom emails tab and add a custom message. You can customize the message and add any details from the meeting booking that you would like to include. You can also choose to send the message optionally, depending on the meeting and other form field details.
