Form portal

Allow users and respondents to access and submit forms all in one place. Setup workflow approvals and assign forms to specific people.

Overview

Usually, respondents access forms through links or website embeds. So when you have multiple forms to send over time, they will have to check different links in emails, messages, or on websites. But, what if you can store all of these in one place? This is what Fillout Form Portals do. It lets you create a single page where your users can access all your forms. Now, they will only need to click one link to submit and update their information.

Create a form portal

On the bottom left of your Fillout dashboard, click your Account name followed by Form portal. Then, click + Create form portal.
